Store Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your ShopGoodys.com purchase within 90 days of the date of delivery, simply present your receipt and we’ll gladly exchange the item or process a refund in the form of your original payment, whichever you prefer. Please note that items purchased at a Goody’s store may not be returned to our online store.
ShopGoodys.com Return Policy
You have two ways to return or exchange merchandise purchased at our online store:
1) To a Goody’s store
Simply take in the merchandise with the tags included, the packing slip and the credit card used in order to receive an exchange or refund. Refunds or exchanges made after 90 days, or without a receipt will be in the amount of the lowest selling price in the last 90 days. Please note that shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
*We reserve the right to deny any refund/exchange.
**A valid driver's license or state-issued I.D. must be presented.
2) To ShopGoodys.com
To make returns to our online store:
• Place the item(s) with tags included in the package that was originally sent to you.
• CLICK HERE to Log into My Shopping Profile, click on Order History and then the Order Number containing the merchandise you wish to return. Next, click on the item you wish to return and follow the instructions to print out a return slip and shipping label.
• Fill out the printed return slip and place it in the box with the merchandise to be returned. Because we cannot assume responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit, we recommend that you insure your package when sending it to us.
• Attach the return shipping label to your package. PLEASE NOTE: Due to processing and shipping restraints, packages without a return shipping label printed from the web site cannot be accepted for delivery.
• Your return will be credited to the credit card used at the time of purchase. Sorry, postage and insurance costs as well as your original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable except in the event that your original order was filled incorrectly.
To make exchanges to our online store:
• Please follow the returns instructions listed above. Then log on to www.ShopGoodys.com and place a new order for the desired item(s). Please note that you will be charged for shipping and handling for your new order.
